Ankorstore Wholesale Marketplace raises $30M

The war between Amazon and Walmart continue and this is another move from Walmart+ to fight against Prime dominance.
starting on Friday, December 4, it will remove the $35 shipping minimum on orders from Walmart .com for its members. Prime members have already this perks so this is still a catch up move from Walmart rather than a competitive edge!
While the most downloaded app of 2020 is TikTok, we have seen a record of 2.8M installs of shopping apps on black Friday
What does it mean? Consumers are not only buying on the traditional marketplaces but we are seeing an expansion of the channels and ways to purchase online, which is a good thing for the industry!
